  • $150.00 / month + 5% of the monthly rent

*The owner, not the manager, is responsible for costs associated with parts, labor, or needed services that require someone other than the manager to do the job.  The manager is, also, not responsible for any costs associated with parts needed to complete any neccessary repairs done by the manager.

*The owner is responsible for payment of Brokerage services (typically 1/2 of a month's rent).
